The following list was created on this server from data obtained from Process.GetCurrentProcess().Threads. At that time this site was not publishing public content, so it was receiving very little requests.
Listing worker process threads can help you observe:
Remember that 1 worker process = 1 w3wp.exe instance = 1 application pool.
To get the current thread ID, call the int GetCurrentThreadId() Win32 API function from kernel32.dll.
A managed thread ID have nothing to do with a thread ID. Current managed thead ID can be read from int System.Threading.Thread.CurrentThread.ManagedThreadId or string System.Diagnostics.TraceEventCache.ThreadId.
